you just need an account to make them and trade them to a skiller so they are "kinda" skiller friendly

the 9th patch you are talking about you can get harmony tabs to teleport there like 20 squares away from the patch btw but for the cape you should wield farming cape (if 99) it gives you a 5% increased yield from farming patches as a perk maby add xeric's talisman for teleport to glade (mains) runepouch with water/astral/law to faster teleport to cath on lunar spellbook (mains) but all around Great guide ! and love the layout
