Information: Donator Transfers

The Staff Team provides Donator Transfers, but there are specific conditions that need to be satisfied for submitting a request:

• The individual making the request must be the original owner of the account intended to get the donated amount taken away and for the account receiving it, you should, at a minimum, be the sole owner.
   
• A recent donation of at least $20.00 must have been made within the last 7 days. However, an exception to this requirement is granted for players who have donated a total of over $2500 before August 11th, 2023.
   
• If the account to which you transferred a total is later found not to belong to you anymore, the account will be stripped of the donated total, and all accounts involved in the transfer will be permanently banned, with no possibility of recovering the total donated.
   
• Taking donated totals from accounts of which you are not the original owner is not allowed. Once you have allocated it to an account for which you are not the original owner, as of September 27th, 2023, we will not allow you to move it elsewhere.

In order to submit a request for a Donator Transfer a General Support Ticket must be completed on our discord in this channel.  You will want to provide the accounts you're wishing to transfer between in a screenshot showing the total donated and current date visible inside of the "Game Noticeboard" tab in-game along with a screenshot displaying your recent donation of $20.00 if applicable.

To initiate a request for a Donator Transfer, please follow these steps:

Fill out a General Support Ticket in our Discord server, using the designated channel for this purpose found here.
Ensure you provide the account details for the transfer, including the accounts involved and the total amount you intend to transfer.
If relevant, attach a screenshot displaying your recent donation of $20.00 as part of the request.
